Seven Tower Bridge, a 14-story, 260,000-square-foot office tower, recently held its groundbreaking in Conshohocken, a suburban hub of Philadelphia.

The Class A office tower will be located at the intersection of I-76, I-476, and the Fayette Street Bridge along the Schuylkill River.

Once completed, the building will feature a river view collaboration space, an outdoor patio, a travertine marble lobby with floor-to-ceiling glass walls, more than four levels of underground parking, riverfront walking paths, a bike room and fitness center, and a 30-mile bike trail.

The first office floor will be 50 feet above grade.

Construction is expected to be completed in November 2020 and open for tenants in early 2021.

“The Borough of Conshohocken is pleased to celebrate the development of the latest Tower Bridge office building,” Colleen Leonard, president of the Conshohocken Borough Council, said. “Our community has worked closely with developers, businesses, and citizens to bring smart growth and great prosperity to our borough. We welcome Hamilton Lane and its employees to our community.”

Seven Tower Bridge is the ninth office building in the more than $500 million, 1.5 million square foot Tower Bridge complex.

The complex also includes a Marriott Residence Inn and a Philadelphia Marriott West.
