West Shore Home, a Mechanicsburg, Pa.-based home remodeling company, recently purchased Fairbanks Construction, a Florida-based window and bath company, for an undisclosed amount.
This makes West Shore Home one of the top five largest home remodeling companies and the largest bathroom remodeler in the country.
With the purchase, West Shore Home adds an Ocala, Fla., location and 80 employees. The location is expected to bring in $20 million in annual revenue.
It is the company’s second Florida location. Another office is located in Tampa.
“Adding Fairbanks Construction to our portfolio allows us to greatly expand our reach in Florida,” B.J. Werzyn, owner of West Shore Home, said. “The opportunity to support additional communities in Florida with efficient, reliable and convenient home remodeling services is something the West Shore Home team is looking forward to.”
Over the past year, West Shore Home has made three acquisitions.
Founded in 2006, West Shore Home has its headquarters in Mechanicsburg and has locations in Harrisburg, Lancaster and Pittsburgh as well as offices in Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina and South Carolina.
West Shore Home’s goal is to make remodeling as simple as using Uber or Amazon by providing customers with speed, efficiency and convenience.
