World Insurance Associates LLC (WIA) announced this week that it acquired KPB Insurance Services, Inc. of Warminster, Pa., on Sept. 1.
“We are excited to join the World team and to bring the organization’s resources, technology, and exclusive programs to our customers,” KPB President Albert J. Pandolfo said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The KPB team will join WIA’s office in Feasterville, Pa.
“Adding the KPB team to one of our Pennsylvania operations adds valuable depth in that region,” WIA CEO and Co-Founder Rich Eknoian said. “We warmly welcome KPB Insurance Services to the World family.”
KPB Insurance Services was founded in 1982 and provides insurance and financial solutions to individuals, families, and businesses in Eastern Pennsylvania.
