The Northeastern Pennsylvania Alliance (NEPA) recently presented Precision Eye Group with a $496,000 loan, which the business will use for the purchase of land and equipment and the construction of a new building to house their practice.
Precision Eye Group received the loan through the NEPA Alliance Business Finance Corporation and the SBA 504 Program.
The total project will cost $1,241,050, and other project funds consisted of loan funds from the Honesdale National Bank and an equity injection from the owner.
Before receiving the loan, the business operated at two locations in Honesdale and Dingmans Ferry. The business has provided professional eye care to the residents of Honesdale and the surrounding areas for over 25 years. Owners Dr. Frank Dzwieleski and Dr. Matt Corso have managed the practice since 2005.
NEPA Alliance is a full-service economic development lender and offers 11 low-interest loan programs for job creation and job retention.
