Altoona First Savings Bank recently selected Kentucky-based Computer Services (CSI) as its newest managed services provider.

CSI provides companies with financial technology solutions and will provide Altoona Bank with services to increase efficiency and strengthen regulatory compliance in regards to IT risk management and cybersecurity. This will allow for round-the-clock cybersecurity monitoring.

CSI will also enhance Altoona Bank’s cybersecurity and risk management compliance policies.

Altoona Bank selected CSI because it has experience working with community banks.

“Working with CSI is like adding an entire IT department to our bank,” Troy Campbell, president and CEO of Altoona First Savings Bank, said. “CSI has the experience to know exactly what our bank needs and provide us with robust solutions to aid us from an operational standpoint. Incorporating CSI’s managed services has helped our institution remain compliant and alleviated the risk inherent with having a single point of failure internally.”

CSI also works with credit unions and other organizations and provides on-demand IT and technology services tailored to the organization’s specific needs.

These services include virtual chief information officer, managed security solutions, and hosted cloud services.

Altoona Bank has offices in Bedford, Duncansville, Everett, and Martinsburg. It is headquartered in Altoona and has $223 million in assets.
