Jigsaw Cloud, based in Windsor, England, is expanding into the Americas and has selected Newtown for its headquarters.
Jigsaw Cloud, founded in 2004, provides sales, services and support for SAP SuccessFactors, a cloud-based human resource management system that covers payroll, employee engagement and other tasks.
“When we decided to expand our international footprint, we strongly felt that we needed a leader who had vast amounts of hands-on knowledge and experience with the SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite,” Paul Rae, CEO of Jigsaw Cloud Ltd., said. “With the increased demand for successful partners that have a proven track record in SuccessFactors, we are committed to building upon the successful Jigsaw Cloud brand to support the global growth of the organization.”
Jigsaw Cloud has been experiencing a spike in global demand for SAP SuccessFactors consulting and support services. This will be the first of several planned expansions.
Expansion will allow the company to provide greater value to new and existing customers, Jigsaw Cloud said, and to move into under-served markets.
The Jigsaw Cloud board of directors named Hope Bailey CEO of the American division. Bailey has experience in both the SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite and human resources.
Bailey said she looks forward to building a satisfied customer base in the Americas.
