Pittsburgh-based PNC Financial Services Group, one of the largest diversified financial services institutions in the United States, appointed Douglas Dachille to its board of directors’ risk committee, effective Feb. 3.
“We are thrilled to welcome Doug as a new independent director,” William S. Demchak, PNC chairman and CEO, said. “His unique perspective of the financial services sector will help steer our accelerated growth strategy.”
