Philadelphia-based Enviri Corp., a environmental services and related solutions provider, recently added two new independent directors to the board of directors. The appointments are part of a cooperation agreement with New York-based Neuberger Berman Investment Advisers, an investment manager that is a long-term Enviri shareholder.

Enviri and Neuberger Berman mutually agreed on the independent directors. One director will not stand for re-election at the 2025 annual meeting, and the second will not stand for re-election at the 2026 meeting. Enviri expects to make changes to the board in 2026 as part of a refreshment plan.

“Excellence in corporate governance, ongoing board refreshment and active engagement with stockholders are fundamental to Enviri, and we are pleased to continue building on these principles with today’s announcement,” Enviri Nick Grasberger, chairman and CEO, said. “We look forward to welcoming exemplary members to our board this year and in the future. Our directors are focused squarely on the execution of Enviri’s strategic priorities to drive meaningful growth and deliver sustainable value, and we will continue to engage with Neuberger Berman and our stockholders as we progress on these initiatives.”

Enviri operates in more than 150 locations in more than 30 countries. It offers customers recycle and reuse solutions for their waste streams.
