Grand View Health joins St. Luke’s University Health Network

Sellersville-based Grand View Health, a nonprofit, community-based health system of more than 2,000 employees caring for residents of Bucks and Montgomery counties, and Bethlehem-based St. Luke’s University Health Network recently signed an agreement, allowing Grand View to join the network.

“Grand View, as does St. Luke’s, enjoys a long and proud history of providing high-quality and compassionate care to its communities, which is why the two organizations will be excellent partners,” Rick Anderson, St. Luke’s president and CEO, said. “All of us at St. Luke’s are extremely honored and pleased Grand View will be joining our network.

“Together as partners Grand View and St. Luke’s will enhance each organization’s ability to provide superb quality care and service for our patients and communities.

St. Luke’s is a fully integrated, regional, nonprofit network of more than 20,000 employees providing services at 15 campuses and more than 350 outpatient sites in nine Pennsylvania counties and two New Jersey counties.

The deal is expected to be complete by the end of the year, pending customary closing conditions and federal and state regulatory review. The boards of directors of both systems already have given their approval

Grand View Health operates two urgent care centers and five outpatient centers in Bucks and Montgomery counties.
