Ontario-based Shipfusion, an ecommerce fulfillment and third-party logistics provider, recently opened its fourth warehouse in York.
The new warehouse expands Shipfusion’s capacity to serve its growing client base by bringing the company’s North American warehouse footprint to more than 1 million-square-feet. It also is part of Shipfusion’s mission to provide best-in-class fulfillment for fast-growing brands.
“The decision to open a warehouse in York, Pa,, was strategic for strengthening our fulfillment network,” Brandon Luft, Shipfusion co-founder and CEO, said. “This location allows us to support clients with even faster, more cost-effective shipping solutions to the East Coast. It’s a major milestone for our continued growth, and our team is excited to start fulfilling orders from this facility.”
The latest York facility features temperature control capabilities and meets industry standards, including U.S. Food and Drug Administration compliance. Safe Quality Food Institute certification is expected by March.
For three consecutive years, Shipfusion has been ranked among the fastest-growing companies, and plans to open facilities in Texas and Georgia with the goal of serving ecommerce brands nationwide.
Headquartered in Toronto, Shipfusion has facilities in York, Chicago and Las Vegas. It offers custom packaging, kitting, and flexible shipping solutions; and real-time order visibility; and manages sales spikes and sustained growth.
