Vishay Precision Group releases ESG report

Malvern-based Vishay Precision Group, a precision measurement and sensing technologies company, recently released its inaugural environmental, social, and governance (ESG) sustainability report.

The report highlights performance, from 2022 through 2023, on business ethics, energy management, health and safety, information security, product quality, and other topics.

Our commitment to sustainability stems from the principles held by our founder, Dr. Felix Zandman, to conduct ourselves with integrity and honesty. These principles remain a fundamental part of our core values.

Report highlights include:

A total of 48 percent of the company’s work force is female.

Compared to the 2021 baseline, the company achieved a 13 percent reduction in electrical energy.

In 2023, there were no product recalls for potential manufacturing or design defects, and there were no material information security breaches, penalties or settlements.

In 2023, the company provided to senior level employees with updates and training regarding the revised anti-bribery and anti-corruption policies.
