Belle Vernon-based Guttman Energy, a full-service fuel distribution company, and Source One Transportation, a petroleum and alternative fuels delivery and logistics services provider, recently acquired the assets of Lititz-based Weaver Energy.
For the past 20 years, Weaver Energy has been a customer of Guttman Energy. Weaver’s employees will become members of the Guttman Holdings Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
The purchase allows Guttman Holdings, a subsidiary of Guttman, to expand its market share and enhance its bulk fuel delivery, home heating oil, and transport businesses offerings. The company will have terminals in Mechanicsburg, Sinking Springs, and Lititz.

Weaver Energy provides bioheat energy, heating oil, fueling options, transportation, and HVAC services to customers in central and eastern Pennsylvania.
Guttman Energy provides fuel solutions, procurement, applied market intelligence, and logistical programs.
