Ambler-based Bradford White Corp., a water heater, boiler and storage tank manufacturer, recently purchased Massachusetts-based Heat-flo, a stainless steel indirect water-heating and hydronic storage tanks manufacturer.
“Heat-flo is a perfect complement to our existing product portfolio,” Bruce Carnevale, Bradford White president and CEO, said. “For both companies, our customers live at the center of all we do every day. Together we will continue to deliver upon the shared values of a customer-first approach.”
Heat-flo manufactures tanks for multi-energy/solar and electric-based water heating systems and hydronic and radiant heating applications for residential, commercial, and industrial use. It will continue to operate out of its Massachusetts facility.
The purchase allows Bradford White to add Heat-flo’s expansive heating system solutions and indirect stainless steel products to its portfolio. This will allow it to meet the evolving regulatory environment in the water heater industry and meet the needs of customers.
“I selected Bradford White because of the alignment of our core values, and our unwavering commitment to our customers, employees, professional plumbers and wholesalers,” George Celorier, Heat-flo founder, said.
Bradford White Corp. manufactures products for residential, commercial and industrial use. It has manufacturing facilities in Michigan, Minnesota and New Hampshire, and distribution and training centers in Ontario.
