Mark Augustine

Investigative Solutions Network (ISN), a private security and investigative services firm, recently opened its U.S.-based headquarters in Radnor.

ISN also appointed Mark Augustine as ISN U.S.A.’s president.

Augustine has more than 20 years of experience serving as an operations officer for the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency. He conducted threat analysis and mitigation, crisis management, and oversaw national security intelligence collection in this role.

Before joining ISN, Augustine worked for Saint-Gobain North America, a global manufacturing company, as vice president of business practices and compliance. There, he led compliance and security programs.

“With Mark leading our U.S. operations, ISN will gain more than 30 years of experience and knowledge of corporate investigations, threat analysis, global security, fraud, intelligence collection, and crisis management in both the government and corporate sectors,” David Perry, ISN CEO, said. “He is well-suited for this position, and we are honored to have Mark join our leadership team as the President of our U.S. operations.”

ISN was founded in 2006 and has offices throughout Canada. The company assists clients with training and security, background screening, risk management, and investigations.

The company’s clients include federal, local, tribal and private law enforcement jurisdictions and the corporate, legal, educational, insurance and cybersecurity sectors.
