A.P. Deauville, a health and beauty products manufacturer, plans to relocate its headquarters and manufacturing operations from New Jersey to Forks Township in Northampton County.
The company plans to invest $16.7 million purchasing and renovating a 180,000-square-foot facility in Easton.
Relocating will double the company’s manufacturing capacity and will creating 105 new jobs.

Deauville is excited to start the next phase of growth in Pennsylvania and could not have made this move without the help of the Governor’s Action Team, which helped us secure significant statewide tax incentives and grants that made it a very easy decision for us to relocate to Pennsylvania,” Frederick Horowitz, A.P. Deauville CEO said. “We look forward to creating manufacturing jobs in a great state where business is welcomed as a productive partner of government and a positive member of the community.”
The Governor’s Action Team coordinated the project.
The Department of Community and Economic Development submitted a funding proposal for a $250,000 Pennsylvania First grant to be distributed upon the creation of the new jobs and $50,000 to be used for job training. The company may be eligible for the agency’s Manufacturing Tax Credit program.
