DATAMARK, a global business process outsourcing company headquartered in El Paso, Texas, recently held the ribbon-cutting ceremony for its Harrisburg site, its first Pennsylvania location.

The facility will provide enterprise-level mailroom services, document scanning, classification, and data capture services. It has the capacity to employ an additional 86 people and could be expanded significantly in the future.

By adding the Harrisburg location, DATAMARK can expand its domestic facility footprint.

“We’re excited to be opening another domestic facility,” DATAMARK President Bill Randag said. “We strive to build strong relationships with the communities we serve, as well as with all our clients, and the Harrisburg site enables us to do just this while expanding to meet increasing demands.”

DATAMARK’s senior management team and members of the staff attended the ceremony.

DATAMARK was founded in 1989. It has delivery centers in El Paso and San Antonio as well as facilities in India and Mexico. The company serves government agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and other large enterprises.

It offers outsourced back-office services including business engineering services, document processing and document management, high-volume digital mailroom, data entry, mail center management, and call center services.

These services are becoming essential as organizations grow and compete in a global economy, the company said.
