Pittsburgh-based Preamble, a technology startup, and Virginia-based Carahsoft Technology Corp., an information technology solutions company, recently partnered for product distribution.

Under the agreement, Carahsoft will serve as Preamble’s public sector distributor. The company will make its generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) products and services available to Carahsoft’s reseller partners.

“Agencies’ reliance on AI to complete a variety of functions, such as administrative tasks and data analysis, is increasing rapidly,” Jeremy McHugh, Preamble CEO and co-founder, said. “This highlights the importance of trusted AI and the need for customizable, dynamic guardrails that can adapt to any GenAI system and automatically enforce compliance with an organization’s policies. Preamble is pleased to partner with Carahsoft to make our AI Trust Platform solutions widely available to the public sector through Carahsoft’s resellers to help agencies fully harness the power of AI.”

Preamble provides customers with a comprehensive AI Trust platform, guardrails toolkit, AI assistants, and marketplace to allow customers to curate shared principles and deploy generative AI assistants with the goal of maintaining safety and security, complying with policies, and mitigating risk.

Carahsoft Technology Corp. provides services to federal, state and local government agencies and education and healthcare markets. Its AI portfolio allows customers to use AI to meet their needs.
