The company released its 2025 ESG Report, Together for a Safe, Reliable, and Sustainable Future, this week. The report details UGI’s significant progress across environmental, safety, social, and governance dimensions.

The company surpassed its targets to reduce total recordable injuries by 35 percent, accountable vehicle incidents by 50 percent and Scope 1 emissions by 55 percent. It also reduced fugitive methane emissions to just 0.06 percent at UGI Utilities.
UGI invested more than $94 million in customer energy efficiency programs and more than $500 million in renewable energy projects.
The company established a formal AI Governance Framework to responsibly guide emerging technology adoption.
UGI has maintained a 90 percent board independence and a MSCI AAA ESG rating.
For the fourth consecutive year, there were no employee or contractor fatalities.
The company contributed nearly $3 million to charitable causes, and employees volunteered for more than 40,000 hours in the communities UGI operates.
