Wisconsin-based VisuSewer, a wastewater infrastructure services provider, recently completed its purchase of Glen Mills-based, a full-service provider of utility and commercial wastewater infrastructure services.

The purchase allows VisuSewer to expand its presence into Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey. It also is part of the company’s track record of partnering with water infrastructure services companies.

“For over 20 years, MOR Construction has demonstrated an impressive track record of growth and servicing its customer base at the highest level,” Keith Alexander, VisuSewer CEO, said. “Their passion for always putting the customer first has allowed them to establish themselves as one of the leading players in the Mid-Atlantic region.”

“Partnering with VisuSewer marks an exciting step forward for MOR Construction,” Virginia Moore, former MOR Construction owner, said. “We believe this collaboration will bring real value to both our customers and our team. It’s a great match for our company, and we’re looking forward to expanding our impact in the market.”

VisuSewer serves municipal and commercial customers. It specializes in maintenance and repair, pipe jet cleaning, sealing, trenchless pipeline rehabilitation, video inspection, and water blasting. It is a portfolio company of Boston-based Fort Point Capital, a private equity firm targeting fragmented sectors of the business services industry.
