Circularix, a food-grade recycled PET (rPET resin) producer, recently announced plans to expand capacity at its Hatfield facility by taking over an adjacent industrial space.

Expansion will further increase the facility’s output and strengthen the company’s ability to meet customer demand.

The company also recently completed the commercial start-up of a new recycling facility in Ocala, Fla. The facility will significantly expand the company’s ability to deliver food-grade recycled PET resin to leading consumer brands.

“We built and commissioned this plant in record time,” Leon Farahnik, Circularix founder and CEO, said. “From landing equipment in mid-March to reaching full production by Aug.1, this milestone is a testament to the dedication and expertise of our team. Their commitment made it possible to bring our second facility online at unprecedented speed.

“With added capacity in Florida and future growth underway in Pennsylvania, we’re in a stronger position to allocate more high-quality rPET to our core partners and support their packaging sustainability goals.”

Circularix products are used in beverage, food and consumer packaging applications. Its recycled PET meets the highest standards of quality, consistency and safety. The company partners with global consumer brands to deliver high-quality rPET that advances packaging sustainability and reduces reliance on virgin plastic.
