Michael Baker International expands leadership roles in Pennsylvania

Pittsburgh-based Michael Baker International, a provider of engineering, consulting and technology services, recently expanded its Northeast leadership.

Lydia Grose will assume a broader role as Philadelphia Area Office Executive while also continuing to serve as Philadelphia Office Executive. In addition, Ralph Eberhardt will become Fort Washington Office Executive in addition to remaining Office Executive in Allentown.

“Lydia and Ralph bring deep regional expertise and proven leadership to their expanded Office Executive roles,” Magdy Hagag, Michael Baker International northeast regional director, said. “As we continue to work across offices and disciplines to solve complex infrastructure challenges as one Michael Baker, their leadership will be pivotal in driving innovation, aligning teams with strategic priorities and deepening our relationships with our clients and the communities we serve. Grose joined Michael Baker in 2019. She spent 30 years with the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority. Her final role was Engineering and Design director.

Eberhardt has spent more than 25 years with Michael Baker, serving in various roles.
