Florida-based Filter King, a UL-certified custom HVAC filters manufacturer, recently opened a 61,600-square-feet manufacturing and distribution center in Bethlehem.
The facility is equipped for production, warehousing, and distribution. The location was chosen for its proximity to major metropolitan areas and its opening will help the company better serve the Northeast’s growing demand for premium air filtration solutions. The opening also supports the company’s rapid expansion and commitment to operational excellence.
“Our goal is to reach the entire continental U.S. with next-day delivery,” Rick Hoskins, Filter King founder and CEO, said. “With the addition of the Pennsylvania facility, which means we now have a total of 200,000 square feet of operational space across three states and a workforce of more than 125 employees, we are well on our way to achieving this goal.
“Filter King is experiencing unprecedented growth in online direct-to-consumer sales. In the second quarter of 2025, we produced and shipped more filters than in any single quarter in our nine-year history, driven by increasing demand for clean, efficient air filtration.”
Filter King specializes in high-quality HVAC and furnace air filters for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. It supplies projects in the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean. Earlier this year, the company opened a manufacturing plant in Las Vegas.
