Wolfe, LLC purchases social giving platform

Wolfe, LLC, a Pittsburgh-based investor and incubator focused on innovative financial technology and e-commerce businesses, recently purchased Give InKind, a Washington state-based social giving platform, through a wholly-owned subsidiary for an undisclosed amount.

“We are very excited to work with Give InKind to further the mission of helping people through life’s challenging moments,” Wolfe Founder and CEO Jason Wolfe said. “We have caring at the core of our value system. With this partnership, we’ll be able to leverage our technology to expand Give InKind’s platform, and offer Give InKind’s solution to our corporate clients to care for even more people. Combined, Wolfe and Give InKind will impact millions of people.”

Founded in 2016, Give InKind allows customers to organize support for anyone.

The company will have access to Wolfe’s card-to-card gifting platform, print-on-demand fulfillment center, and marketing expertise.

Founded in 1995, Wolfe’s current and past company portfolio includes Direct Response Technologies, GiftCards.com, Gift Card Granny, GiftYa, JamboMedia, MyCoupons, OmniCard, and PerfectGift.com.

The company holds patents regarding gift cards and card-linked offerings.

In 2022, the Pittsburgh Business Times named Wolfe one of the Fast 50, which lists the 50 fastest-growing privately held, Pittsburgh-based companies. Companies needed at least $2 million in revenue in 2021 in order to qualify.
