Integrated Project Services purchases Irish consultancy firm

Blue Bell-based Integrated Project Services (IPS), a business solutions company for the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, recently purchased Linesight, a multinational consultancy firm headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.

The acquisition is expected to benefit both companies. IPS will leverage Linesight’s experience and expertise in the data center sector, while Linesight, in turn, will leverage IPS’ expertise in the Life Sciences sector. The purchase also allows the companies to expand their geographic reach.

“By leveraging both companies’ strong track records and combining our skills and management horsepower, we expect to make a meaningful positive difference in the industries we serve,” Dave Goswami, IPS CEO, said. “Led by Paul Boylan and a strong leadership team, Linesight is a highly sought-after company providing consulting services, including cost and project management, project controls, risk, scheduling, and procurement services focused on the data center, life sciences, and other industry sectors. This fits well with IPS’ complementary services, which include engineering, construction management, and compliance services.”

IPS is an Alleghany Capital Corporation, which employs more than 1,700 in 22 offices in the United States, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Canada, Switzerland, Brazil, Singapore, China, and India.

Linesight serves customers in the life science, data center, healthcare, retail, hospitality, commercial real estate, and residential sectors.
