EPAM Systems, a Newtown-based digital platform engineering and development services company, recently purchased Just-BI, a Netherlands-based consultant firm specializing in data and analytics.
The purchase allows EPAM Systems to expand its portfolio of data and analytics services and its global advisory capabilities.
Just-BI has offices in Europe and Asia. Its customers include major brands in a variety of industries. The company provides a full range of data and analytics services, including custom apps, data management, market leading accelerators, advising, strategy, and end-to-end delivery across multivendor platforms and solutions.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Just-BI to the EPAM family,” Valentin Tsitlik, EPAM Systems vice president of technology solutions, said. “This acquisition will extend our ability to consult with our (European Union) and (Asia-Pacific) customers—providing industry expertise in consumer-packaged goods, retail, and energy. It also will create significant depth for our in-market SAP/S4HANA expertise, enabling us to take on more complex and global programs. Together, we’ll create new opportunities to drive digitization and help our clients become more product and data-driven organizations.”
SAP/S4HANA is enterprise resource planning software for large enterprises developed by SAP, a German multinational software corporation.
“Together with EPAM, we have just been empowered to serve our customers even better and elevate our collective games in multiple regions,” Rad Parvin, Just-BI CEO, said.
