Nations Photo Lab, an affiliate of Gallery Blocks doing business as Artsy Couture, recently relocated its headquarters from Maryland to Springettsbury Township in York County.

The company is a full-service photography printing lab specializing in professional quality photo prints, archival photo albums, museum-quality canvas prints, photo books, rustic wood products, bright metal prints, and other products.

Artsy Couture purchased an existing 73,850-square-foot building and plans to invest $5.6 million into the project. The investment includes relocating and renovations, new equipment, job training costs, and furniture.

Relocation is expected to create 125 new, full-time jobs in the Susquehanna Valley.

“Our new, larger manufacturing space in York County will allow us to bring our teams together to increase efficiency, encourage collaboration and support the future growth of our business,” Harvis Kramer, Artsy Couture president, said. “This site will offer great flexibility in our future growth across the U.S.”

The Department of Community and Economic Development submitted a funding proposal that includes a $52,800 workforce training grant, a $50,000 Pennsylvania First grant, and $125,000 in Job Creation Tax Credits to be distributed upon creation of the new jobs.

The department encouraged Artsy Couture to apply for a $2 million loan through the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority.
