FleetPride, a Texas-based distributor of truck and trailer parts in the independent heavy-duty aftermarket, recently completed the acquisition of Triple K Fleet Services assets.

Triple K Fleet Services was headquartered in Harrisburg and had locations in Carlisle and York. The company offered repair and maintenance services for trucks and trailers as well as towing services.

The purchase brings FleetPride’s total branches in Pennsylvania to seven and nationwide to 46. The purchase allows the company to reach new customers in the Harrisburg, Carlisle, and York markets

“Expanding our network of FleetPride Service Centers continues to drive value to our local customers, regional fleets, and national accounts by offering a fully integrated parts and service experience,” Mike Harris, FleetPride senior vice president of sales and branch operations, said. “Being in the service business is important to us, and we continue making significant investments in it. Recently, we completed the implementation of Karmak Fusion as a new service management system across all FleetPride Service Centers, and it will be added to all three Triple K locations.”

FleetPride, founded in 1999, operates more than 280 locations in 46 states. Its five regional distribution centers carry more than 400 nationally recognized brands.
