InFirst Bank, an independent community bank based in Indiana County, recently selected Computer Services’ (CSI) NuPoint platform to offer its customers digital banking solutions.

Computer Services is a financial technology and regulatory compliance solutions company.

The bank sought a system that improved efficiency by automating manual back office processes. It was having difficulty doing this with its previous core system.

InFirst Bank will use digital payment solutions such as bill pay and a person-to-person payments app.

“Community financial institutions like InFirst Bank need digital banking solutions that provide their customers the tools they need to bank using any online or physical channel,” David Culbertson, CSI president and COO, said. “By partnering with us, they are reducing the time spent making incompatible software work with their core and focusing their staff on growing their institution. We look forward to a strong relationship with InFirst Bank.”

InFirst Bank selected CSI because it offers hands-on customer service and enables banks to streamline operations and reduce friction between channels, Seth Conner, InFirst Bank CIO and COO, said

CSI’s digital banking solutions allow banks to streamline vendor management, provide seamless customer experience, and better leverage customer data.

InFirst Bank has branches in Indiana, Blairsville, Greensburg, Harrison City, Johnstown, Punxsutawney, and Troutville.
