Orwigsburg, Penn.-based Clearly Clean Products, LLC, has been recognized as the fastest-growing manufacturer in northeast Pennsylvania by the Northeast Pennsylvania Manufacturers and Employers Association, the company announced Thursday.
Clearly Clean was awarded the 2020 and 2021 Manufacturers and Employers Excellence Award for Expansion at a dinner in early May, where it received citations from U.S. Rep. Daniel Meuser (R-PA), and U.S. Sens. Patrick Toomey (R-PA) and Bob Casey (D-PA), as well as the Schuylkill County Commissioners, and the Pennsylvania Senate and House of Representatives. The company was also recognized by the National Association of Manufacturers and the Pennsylvania Manufacturers Association.
Clearly Clean produces innovative eco-friendly products with features that surpass those of the non-sustainable alternatives. The company is known for its rolled-edge food trays. The award recognizes the company’s significant growth in revenues, production lines, facilities, and employees. In 2020, Clearly Clean tripled its capacity, grew its employee base by nearly 80 percent, and expanded its product offerings. The company also grew its footprint, expanding via an additional 60,000 square foot facility – the third expansion in less than two years.
